El lugar es nuevo y grande, con estacionamiento, las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, igual que el baño. El personal es muy amable y atento. La ubicación es buena y sin ruido. Es mejor que los hoteles del centro.

Las habitaciones dobles (al menos la que me tocó a mi) era muy grande y espaciosa, con dos camas matrimoniales muy cómodas. Un buen baño con agua caliente y una pantalla de televisión grande. NO se si todas las habitaciones son iguales pero son cómo pequeñas casas, no hay huéspedes ni arriba ni al lado, lo que hace la habitación muy silenciosa para descansar a gusto. Cuenta con estacionamiento. El servicio siempre fue muy bueno, el personal muy amable. Si vuelvo a visitar la zona me volvería a hospedar ahí.
Todo el personal muy amable y buena onda, están atentos, buena atención al cliente. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y hay calentador por si hay frío. Todas las ventanas tienen mosquitero así que no fácilmente entrarán moscas o mosquitos que te molesten, en mi estancia no encontré ningún insecto. Tienen una estructura muy bonita, tienen estatuas bonitas. Los baños muy limpios y bonitos (solo recuerda cerrar la ventana desde afuera). Hay dos perritos que son muy tranquilos no muerden ni ladran, están limpios y soy muy tiernos, aunque son grandes no hacen absolutamente nada. Uffff hermosísimo lugar, todo el que venga a Jilotepec debe conocer este hotel. Premium! Dios bendiga sus dueños y esta gran visión. Nos encantó! Somos pastores y nos sentimos en casa!
